Getting Started
1
Register
Go to /register and fill in your name, email, phone and password. Your account will be reviewed by an admin.
2
Wait for approval
New accounts go through a quick approval process (usually under 24 hours). You will receive a confirmation once your account is active.
3
Add your farm
After login, your farm is pre-created. Visit Profile to update your farm name and details.
4
Invite partners (optional)
Go to Profile → Partners and add a partner by their registered email. They will share access to the farm data.
5
Start tracking
You are ready! Add your first crop from the Crops tab, then log expenses and income as they happen.
Tip: Bookmark the app on your phone's home screen for the fastest access — open the browser, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen".
Crop Management
1
Add a new crop
Go to Crops → Add Crop. Enter the crop name, field/plot, sowing date and expected harvest date. You can type in Marathi using your phone keyboard or transliteration.
2
Track growth stages
Open a crop to see its detail page. Add notes or update the status as the crop moves through stages — sown, growing, ready to harvest, harvested.
3
Link expenses to a crop
When adding an expense, select the crop from the dropdown. This enables crop-wise P&L reports later.
4
Edit or delete a crop
From the crop detail page, use the edit (pencil) icon to update details or the delete option to remove it. Linked expenses and income are not deleted automatically.
Tip: Link every expense and income entry to a crop — this unlocks the most detailed reports.
Income
1
Add an income entry
Go to Income → Add Income. Enter the amount, select the crop it is from, the date and any notes (buyer name, market, etc.).
2
View income history
The Income tab shows all entries with filters for crop and date range. Totals are shown at the top.
3
Marathi text in income notes
The notes field supports Marathi transliteration — type phonetically in English and it converts. Example: type "gavhachi vikri" to get "गव्हाची विक्री".
Tip: Always add a note with the buyer's name — this helps trace income sources in the annual report.
Expenses
1
Add an expense
Go to Expenses → Add Expense. Fill in the amount, category, work type, date and crop. The description and work type fields support Marathi input.
2
Categories
Expense categories (Seeds, Fertilizer, Labour, etc.) are managed by the farm admin. Contact your admin if you need a new category added.
3
Edit or delete an expense
Tap any expense in the list to open it. Use the edit icon or delete button on the detail view.
4
Print expense report
Use the print icon on the Expenses page to open a print-ready view. The navigation hides automatically during print.
Tip: Log expenses on the same day they happen — it takes under 30 seconds and keeps your records accurate.
Inventory
1
Add an inventory item
Go to Inventory → Add Item. Enter the item name, quantity and unit (kg, litre, bag, etc.).
2
Update stock
Open an item and use the + / − buttons to update quantity after purchase or use.
3
Low stock visibility
Items with zero or low quantity are flagged on the Dashboard so you can reorder in time.
Tip: Add all your seeds and inputs at the start of a season — you will always know what is available without guessing.
Reports
1
Yearly P&L overview
The Dashboard shows a yearly summary of total income, total expenses and net profit. Use the year selector to switch between years.
2
Crop-wise analysis
The Reports tab breaks down income and expenses by crop, so you can see which crops were most profitable.
3
Partner settlement report
If you have partners, the settlement report calculates each partner's share of profit or loss based on their percentage.
4
Print or export
Every report page has a print button. The printed output is formatted for A4 paper with all navigation hidden.
Tip: Run the yearly report at the end of each season and save a printed copy for your records.
